Colleen Swaim

A native of the Washington, D.C. area and a graduate of The Catholic University of America, Colleen Swaim resides in Maryland with her husband Matt and their son. A Catholic educator since 2004, Colleen has taught high school English and religion in the Dioceses of Arlington, Virginia and Covington, Kentucky. After writing two books exploring teenage saints, "Ablaze: Stories of Daring Teen Saints" and "Radiate: More Stories of Daring Teen Saints," Colleen collaborated with Matt on Your “College Faith,” which considers the challenge of living as a young adult Catholic on campus. Most recently, Matt and Colleen collaborated on "Dare to be More: The Witness of Blessed Carlo Acutis" (Liguori 2021).
