Connor Lyons is a strength and conditioning specialist with 15 years of experience working with professional and amateur athletes. He graduated from the University of South Florida's Morsani College of Medicine in 2011 with a degree in Athletic Training. He started his career with the University of South Florida's Football program during the Jim Leavitt era and quickly moved into the private sector working under Jason Riley at a facility called The Athletes Compound. He has held Associate Director and Director positions at various facilities throughout his career, but his crowning achievement was being a strength and conditioning coach for the 2018 USA Women's Olympic Hockey Team where they captured gold for the first time in 20 years. He now owns Lyons Den Sports Performance in Wesley Chapel, Florida where he lives with his fiance Desiree, his daughter Charlotte, and their dog Winnifred.
