Hello! I'm Corey L. Johnson and just want to tell you a little about myself. My love for stories started in Ripley, Tennessee, a place I call home and happens to be a stone's throw from where the great Alex Haley grew up. Since I was little, stories have been my thing. I started writing my own in college, finding joy in creating characters and worlds from scratch. After college, I took a detour into the corporate world. It was an interesting journey, but deep down, I missed writing. Those stories I used to scribble down? They never really left me. They were like old friends, waiting patiently for me to come back. And so, I did. Now, I'm living in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with my amazing family. They're my biggest fans and toughest critics. Writing again feels like coming home. I write about life, love, and everything in between. My stories are bits of me, mixed with a lot of imagination and heart. I hope my books make you feel something, maybe even see the world a little differently.
