Craig Steven Phillips is a Taoist/Buddhist teacher and author who has been practicing and teaching meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong for the past 37 years. He considers the day he came across the Tao Te Ching as the most auspicious moment of his entire life. Besides being a preposterous rascal, he was also ordained into Buddhism by the Dalai Lama in 1996, and graduated from the New Seminary as an Interfaith Minister in 2010. His latest book is Living in the Flow: Reminders for a Supremely Happy Life, a simple yet powerful look at living with effortless ease in the perfect flow of the present moment. His first book, The Buddha's Dog is a whimsical and enlightening little fable about a mischievous English bulldog who is befriended by the Buddha and taught the path of loving-kindness toward all creatures. When he's not writing he can be found teaching classes on the Tao Te Ching, meditation and Qigong, and also leading meditation intensives in the So. California area. He also enjoys paying attention to his breathing on a regular basis. You can find out more about his classes, and sign up for his weekly Tao Tribe Newsletter at: www.TaoTribe.com or www.CraigStevenPhillips.com
