A licensed New York attorney and educator with over twenty years of experience in the real estate sector, Crystal Young, Esq. worked as a real estate paralegal for ten years at a mid-sized law firm before applying to law school. Today, Crystal is the managing real estate attorney at a prominent New York firm, Suris & Associates, P.C., representing buyers, sellers, and both commercial and private lenders. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Huntington Lawyers Club, and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Crystal has closed thousands of real estate transactions over the years. More importantly, she provides peace of mind for her clients and ensures they have a stress-free, memorable experience from contract to closing. Crystal’s passion for educating first-time homebuyers empowers them to understand the process from start to finish. Crystal is a prolific speaker and has engaged audiences at numerous seminars and courses at various schools, including the prestigious St. John’s School of Law in New York. One of her most successful courses is the fundamentals of real estate law, which led her to co-create an online course titled “Successfully Practicing Real Estate in 30 Days” with her trusted colleague, Sabine Franco, Esq. This course teaches new lawyers and attorneys how to pivot their current practice into a successful real estate law practice in just 30 days. Since 2019, Crystal has been published annually in Super Lawyers, a nationally recognized and prestigious organization that highlights attorneys who have done extraordinary work in their respective fields. Crystal has also been recognized in the distinguished New York Real Estate Journal. An avid reader with a love of travel, Crystal launched a virtual book club called “The Infinite Mindset Book Club,” which meets weekly and focuses on personal development bringing together like-minded individuals using the mantra “Change Your Mindset - Change Your Experience.” Crystal also has a passion for mentorship and is an active member of the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
