Cyndi Doyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She is the Founder of Code4Couples®, created when as a mental health professional and couple’s counselor, she struggled to understand what was happening in her own relationship with her law enforcement husband. She now works to normalize, educate, and empower law enforcement couples to have connected and resilient relationships. Cyndi is known for the engaging presentations, combining her personal story, sense of humor, knowledge, and experience to educate audiences on her Code4Couples® podcast and presentations to local and national police association conferences. She was selected by the Office of the Governor in 2018 as one of three mental health professionals to serve on a statewide work group focusing on Mental Health Access for First Responders. Cyndi was awarded the Samuel T. Gladding Unsung Heroes Award by the American Counseling Association recognizing her contribution to first responder mental health and the mental health field.
