Cynthia Misuraca

Cynthia Misuraca is an author who writes about American culture from a unique perspective. Cynthia grew up in Detroit and was educated in the Detroit Public Schools System. She earned an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and a master's degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana, West Africa, where she lived for two years. Through Cynthia's lived experiences, her extensive travels and her education, she hopes to create fantastical tales that will satisfy the readers' desire for escapism, yes, but will also cause the reader to think more deeply about the times we live in. Today, she lives quietly with her husband and daughter in the Detroit area.
