Cynthia Zak is a teacher, ceremonialist, writer (author of five books), songwriter (author of more than 170 songs), musician, journalist, international yoga teacher, mindfulness and meditation expert and a seasoned entrepreneur. She is moved by the certainty that the mystical realms are very close to us and she dedicates her life to create songs, music, books, training systems, and a whole movement to bring the esoteric world to a tangible reality that everybody can access. She practices sufism, buddhism, kabbalah, shamanic techniques and is a master tarot reader plus being a mother of three marvelous human beings, Marlon, Allegra and Satya. She is a member of the HeartMath institute working as a facilitator and therapist through music and breathing of the science of heart-brain coherence and three brains synchronicity to treat trauma and anxiety and her vision and mission are aligned with the passion of sharing consciousness and awareness to children and families all over the world. Cynthia is the founder and director of Yomu, an international mindfulness system and she spent the last 20 years traveling the world training teachers and educators in emotional intelligence, neuroscience and new methods to share learning with young children and families. All over the US, Latin America and Europe Cynthia is expanding her mission and vision to bring leading edge education and training to transform old paradigms of education. As an entrepreneur she opens mindfulness and yoga programs in more than 500 schools all over the globe and her music, lessons and books are used constantly as a part of curriculums and training. She believes in the power of emotional ntelligence and her path is to inspire and invite others to ignite the heart.
