Dearly beloved, We are gathered here today to introduce D. Ertug; a 37 year old dragon who hails from somewhere deep in the Mediterranean. She was raised in New York City. She received her bachelor's degree, double-majoring in Communications and Philosophy, from the university formerly known as Virginia Wesleyan College. She then took her edumacated self to Japan where she spent close to a decade teaching English. Upon returning to the Mediterranean, she opened a small tattoo shop where she continues to lovingly inflict physical art on anyone who utters the word "tattoo". She, along with the three cultures simultaneously swimming in her head, are lovers of fantasy and literature. Now she is sharing the craziness born from that love with the world. D.'s debut novel "The Killsmith of Etherdeign" is dedicated to everyone who has survived the dumpster fire that was 2021. We all need an escape, so why not immerse yourself in the world of Ethra? Dragons, quests, the end of times and a whole lot of lip... It's just like reality except, you know, better. Because it's not. On a supremely unrelated note, the author would like to acknowledge and thank the following for their contribution in making her the swell person she is today: (Unintentional product placement) 1) The 1980s 2) JRR Tolkien 3) The original Star Wars trilogy 4) Judge Judy 5) Old school PC games 6) The entire sub-genre of power metal 7) Nescafé 8) Japan 9) Angela Bassett 10) The other trilogy I've been working on for the past 2 decades which will, no doubt, have me crucified once published. All the best to readers and authors alike. It's a scary world out there, folks. Have a Cup of Coppus! (That joke will make sense once you've read "The Killsmith of Etherdeign").
