DB is an American author that started writing as a hobby during the Covid-19 pandemic. The hobby quickly turned into a passion, writing eleven books in a feverish three months. DB uses her knowledge of the South, where she grew up, with the newfound knowledge of Southern California, where she moved in 2015. She is also a part of a large family, where she uses her experiences in navigating the different personalities that one family tends to have in her writing.
