DG Montalvo is a progressive minister, author, and social justice activist. He loves to give his time and attention to a few important causes and charities each year that stir for moral revival or a revolution of values. DG is also a lifelong student of the Judeo-Christian scriptures with a special interest in Old Testament prophets and their God-given vision for justice and shalom. A first-generation Mexican-American (both parents born & raised in Northern Mexico), DG earned a Masters of Global Leadership (MAGL) from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. There he fine-tuned his research skills while studying The Mission of God, Biblical Justice, and Leadership. DG has been honored to use his ministry, advertising, design, & communications skillsets to serve in many contexts including a world-class medical NGO, several megachurches, a few retailers, and more Word of Faith televangelists, pastors, and authors than I care to admit. He lives with his beloved wife, Jenny, in the heart of East Texas, along with their “adopted” forever child, P-Dog, two toy chihuahuas, Peanut & Roxy, and a rescue cat, Stowy. DG loves great conversation, cycling, gardening, but most of all, his grandchildren, Eli & Jude.
