Damara Simmons

Damara Simmons has been a mother and researcher for over 17 years. Through her popular website, www.damarasimmons.com, she helps parents find solutions so they can succeed at parenting and win at home. She has been featured on Family Share, KSL, Kid Spot, Deseret News, Power of Moms, and Jewish World Review. Damara loves spending time with family and friends, especially if dark chocolate is involved. Reading books, laughing with family, and playing an occasional sport are a few of her favorite things. She is a Life Coach, Certified Family Life Educator, and a member of the National Council of Family Relations. Damara currently lives in Kaysville, UT with her husband and three sons.
