Daniel Davis Wood

Daniel Davis Wood is a novelist and essayist based in Scotland. His début novel, Blood and Bone, won the 2014 Viva La Novella Prize in his native Australia, and his follow-up, At the Edge of the Solid World, was shortlisted for the 2021 Miles Franklin Literary Award. He also runs a small press called Splice, publishing innovative and unconventional literary fiction and essays, and he regularly writes literary criticism online at danieldaviswood.com.
