David A. Nemmers

David Nemmers, former President/CEO of Midstate Security Company, led the company to prominence as a top 50 security integrator with twelve years of consecutive growth. In 2019, he orchestrated the successful sale of the company to Allied Universal Technologies, the world’s largest security firm. Nemmers is a former CPA with a Big Four Accounting firm, Ernst and Young, and has worked in several different industries—from automotive to healthcare to furniture. With a background spanning executive roles at Turnstone, Gill Industries, and more, Nemmers is renowned for his expertise in culture development, team alignment, and leadership. A graduate of Aquinas College, he holds a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting. Active in his community, Nemmers serves on multiple boards and previously served as vice president of the Caledonia Community School Board. Residing in Michigan with his wife and family, Nemmers is also an avid runner with a passion for endurance races.
