David Gilliland

Dave’s hobby is going to London to sightsee, attend a play or two, and hang out in some of London’s wonderful pubs (doing research on his pub book)! As an American who has lived in England several times, he appreciates the unique vibe given off by a good London pub. Given the importance of the pub to English society, there is nothing quite like it on his side of the pond. He’d like to introduce all of his fellow countrymen to the pub life, and his way of doing so is through his book on the most essential pubs in London. A true Anglophile, Dave also enjoys going to football matches at all levels and cheering on his favorite team, Ipswich Town. He is married to his photographer, Janice, has three children, and a beautiful new granddaughter. Dave is currently working on his first novel, and his real job is Professor of Marketing at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
