David Harrison

David Harrison has been teaching music for over 40 years, and for the last 25 of those he’s been giving classes at the City Literary Institute, London’s home of adult education. David is the author of The Complete Ukulele Player (Hal Leonard); Start Up Ukulele (Wise Publications); Need to Know Guitar (Collins); and Abracadabra Beginning Theory (Collins). He is also the series editor of the famous A New Tune a Day books, now the world’s biggest-selling music tutor series. His ukulele compositons feature in the London College of Music’s exams syllabus. More recently, David produced the Bob Dylan Complete (Hal Leonard), the official and comprehensive collection of every Dylan song, which also includes an in-depth look at Dylan’s acoustic guitar style, songwriting technique and his place in the American Folk Revival.
