David Conches, a lifetime dedicated to the Culture and Martial Arts of China. I, David Conches 达卫贡杰斯 (Liu David 刘达卫) am a historian, researcher and writer on Chinese Martial Arts and Culture, as well as the founder/director of Golden Dragon magazine, the only magazine in the world exclusively on martial arts. Martial Culture of the Dragon Empire. He is also a Wushu/Kungfu Master in various northern styles and a student of Chinese therapies. Since 1993 and to date, I have traveled to China numerous times, to see my Chinese family, my Teacher and friends, to learn, and to conduct research. Due to my extensive experience in research and personal learning for more than 50 years, I am in a position to be able to transmit the essence of the Culture and Martial History of the Dragon Empire. In my books, I emphasize my forte; which is none other than the history of China and its Martial Arts, explaining in detail some events that occurred hundreds of years ago, and detailing the locations of history, which I have visited countless times. Researcher and writer of oriental topics, I have transmitted to the pages of magazines such as; El Budoka, Black Belt, Dojo, Neo, Fight Club, Taichi Chuan, Shaolin Quan, Golden Dragon, China News, Xizhong Youhao from Spain, Bushido from Portugal, Martial World, Nuevo Milenium and Santi from Argentina, Muntains Spring Brezze from USA. China's Wulin and Jinwu, and the Chinese newspapers China Daily and Ouhuabao. I have also published around thirty books and helped in other national and international publications, spreading my concerns, experiences, studies and projects about Chinese boxing. I have also founded and directed the magazines Golden Dragon, China News and Xizhong Youhao, magazines dedicated to entirely to the Culture and Martial Arts of the Chinese people, whose purpose is to make known the best Masters and styles, as well as to deepen, preserve from oblivion and spread the Culture and the genuine and true Martial Arts of the Chinese continent. My books and articles have been read in China and other places by Venerable Masters of Martial Culture, and recognized as genuine, truthful and of great quality, and are also read in all Spanish-speaking countries, the USA and Europe. The great Masters with whom I collaborate and learn are internationally known and the themes that I extract from them and transmit to the pages of my books and articles are an authentic "Cultural Legacy" of the Chinese people, their customs and traditions.
