David Macphail

David Macphail was born in Scotland. He left home at the age of 18 to travel the world. Some of his many jobs included working as a pool waiter on a tropical island, a chicken wrangler on a kibbutz, a door to door salesman, a grouse beater, and a ghost tour guide. He has written for TV, the stage, and books.
