David Silver

David Silver is the co-writer of the books Sunrise Tai Chi and Sunset Tai Chi. He is a writer, producer, and director of many bestselling DVDs and Amazon streaming videos in the subjects of tai chi, health, meditation, qigong, and martial arts. He has edited work by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming including the books "Qigong Meditation Small Circulation", "Qigong Grand Circulation", and many online articles. Mr. Silver is a drummer with several bands, including Season to Risk (Kansas City, MO) since 1994, Tripp Lullaby, and AFUMA. He has made many music videos and is the director of the documentary feature "Hellbent". David is also a qigong teacher, certfied by Dr. Yang since 2006, teaching weekly classes online and in person.
