Dean Pohlman is on a mission to help more guys realize the benefits of yoga. A former-athlete turned yoga instructor, Dean enjoyed the postures and exercises of traditional yoga but wanted to create an approach to yoga that better suited the fitness-focused guy. Dean's unique approach to yoga is characterized by his focus on (1) in-depth, proper technique, (2) modifications and workouts tailored to men's bodies and fitness goals, and (3) results-driven programs and workouts. In 2013, he founded Man Flow Yoga, and since then it has exploded in popularity. Man Flow Yoga is one of top brands of yoga for fitness for men. Through his online programs, Members' Area, DVDs, ebooks, and books, Dean has helped to improve the health and wellness of tens of thousands of men and women worldwide. Man Flow Yoga has a social media following of over 150,000 people (100k+ on Facebook, 40k+ on YouTube, and 12k+ on Instagram, as of May 2018), and has been featured in Men's Health, The Ben Greenfield Podcast, Fox 13 Tampa News, and many more major media outlets. Dean's Works: Dean's first paperback book, Yoga Fitness for Men, was published in May 2018 by Dorling Kindersley (DK) Publishers, and it became the #1 New Release in Men's Health. Dean's first eBook was his self-published book, Yoga Basics for Men, which went #1 in 4 categories when it was published on Amazon in 2014. Dean is also the creator of the Body by Yoga DVD Series, including the Top 2 Best-selling Yoga Boost DVD, Yoga Strong, Yoga Excel, and Yoga for Back Care (soon-to-be-released). Dean resides in Austin, Texas with his 2 dogs and fiancee.
