Debbie Noble Black

Debbie Noble Black is the author of the middle-grade historical fantasy series SARA AND THE GHOST CLOTHES. Ten-year-old Sara’s adventures and predicaments take her to actual haunted hotels where she befriends the ghosts of clothes worn by real people in history—ghost clothes who are eager to share the stories of the people who wore them. And always, ready to help Sara. Debbie loves writing for her favorite readers—that “sweet spot”—middle grade, ages 8-12. She’s also a columnist for Estero Bay News and the author of the popular blog 'RV Camping in Your Own Backyard.' She enjoys her active membership in the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, SLO NightWriters and The BookShelf Writers. She’s been a panelist at the Central Coast Writers Conference and SLO NightWriters, as well as a speaker at numerous service groups, book clubs, and in classrooms. She lives on the Central Coast of California.
