The lessons learnt from working for over 23 years in the manufacturing industry, having travelled world-wide, distilled in this memoir kind of work that extends to all small and medium enterprises (SME), vis a vis large corporations. This period is long enough for having the most rigorous worm view, while also gaining an insightful industry-wide bird's eye view. The narrative, therefore can be described as autobiographical, wherein character have been created from personal experiences acting through the main protagonist, Jake, does the author's aspirational bidding. A teleological narrative. His Book "In Search of Glory" is about accounts in a story like manner. His friend, Allen, helped in the illustrations and a compact, nicely illustrated book was completed. The book, a teaser like story to stir interest in SME, "In Search of Glory" - ISBN:9798895561157, publisher - Notion Press, ASIN, ‎B0DJ35ZXSH. Available on Kindle Unlimited for free. Book Review - "The first shaky steps towards entrepreneurship take a gut-wrenching resolve, and then, if the venture starts to show signs of lift-off, the heart yearns for creating an organization which is global in dimension. In an increasingly enabled world it is inevitable that the conciousness throbs with the realization that such a possibility is not merely theoretical. "In Search...." is an expression of this passion and resilience which live inside the soul of every promoter who has taken a seed and seen it grow into a tree. The road to traverse ahead is tricky and demands a paradigm re-invention which commences with the basics. The story of a CEO and CFO going after each other as they hold opposite ends of the same stick is quintessential. It goes deep and is at the heart of the matter. The redemption is that there is a resolution of not only this story but almost all such stories." Ranjan Chopra CEO - Team Computers
