Dr. Denetria LeShea Phlegm

Qiana S. Compton is a philanthropist, truth-seeker, and active servant in Christian ministry in her hometown of Houston, Texas. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family which includes her husband Joe of 23 years and 3 adult children. Professionally, Qiana has enjoyed a successful 15-year career as a senior buyer in the Oil and Gas Industry. In addition to this book, she is also in the process of launching a consulting company Budget With Me - Managing Money Mindfully that provides working couples and individuals with the tools to effectively manage their incomes and work toward obtaining financial freedom. Dr. Denetria Phlegm (Shea) has served as an educational leader in Houston-area schools for over 20 years intentionally serving marginalized students in grades 6-12. She is also a best-selling author active in her church family and community. She enjoys literacy, culture, and creating memories with her husband, Charles, her high school sweetheart, and their three children ages 24, 19, and 8.
