My core belief is that you only really know something once you have taught somebody how to do it. I graduated from Sorbonne University, Paris Cité University, and taught at Panthéon Sorbonne University. At that time, I wrote and registered a patent for one of the first word tokenization and encoding systems. I then registered a patent for a conversational human-machine system. I then deployed some of the first AI software 30+ years ago. I went full speed from the start implementing: - an Artificial Intelligence cognitive NLP chatbot applied as a language learning system for leading global companies. - an Artificial Intelligence for global aerospace corporations. - an AI resource optimizer for all industries, including luxury firms and the automobile industry. - an Advanced General Purpose Planning and Scheduling (APS) solution used worldwide. I rapidly became an expert in explainable AI (XAI) from the start to add interpretable mandatory, acceptance-based explanation data and interfaces to the solutions implemented for major corporate aerospace, apparel, and supply chain projects. Sharing is a key component of my beliefs, which was my motivation to write books on Artificial Intelligence, translating my experience in AI into cutting-edge algorithms, frameworks, and platforms. I'm model and platform agnostic and always describe several ways to achieving a task. I find it essential to get my hands on code and share the programs on GitHub before explaining it. As a full-stack developer going from theory to pragmatic cutting-edge code provides a clear path for those who wish to embark on an AI journey.
