Denise Smart has been a food stylist, recipe writer and author for over 20 years. She works in London preparing food for photo shoots for many International companies, brands and publishing houses. She gained her experience working for many large food companies before going freelance. Her experience and love of food has seen her write cookbooks covering subjects from children cooking, meal in a mug, chips, deserts and vegan and vegetarian cooking and is the best selling author of Spiralize Now!. Her recipes are easy to follow, thoroughly tested, creative and photogenic. Denise prepares and styles all the recipes for the beautiful photographs in the books, working alongside many top food photographers.
