Desiree Naz

Desiree was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She grew up feeling a bit shy and through reading, exercising, and practicing self-love she became the confident woman she is today! She now lives in Brentwood, CA with her 2 children and is a Nutritionist and Speaker on health and wellness. She received her Bachelor's in French & Linguistics from UCLA and her Master's in Public Health & Nutrition from USC. She speaks 5 languages and is passionate about food, nature, fitness, & family. Her mission is to inspire the community to lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle for their mind, body, and soul.
