Desmond Barrett

Dr. Desmond Barrett is the lead pastor at Winter Haven First Church of the Nazarene in Winter Haven, Florida. He is the author of multiple books and podcast host of Revitalizing the Declining Church. Dr. Barrett has done extensive research in church revitalization, and serves as a church revitalizer, consultant, coach, and mentor to revitalizing pastors and churches. He is a graduate of Nazarene Bible College (Bachelor of Ministry) and Trevecca Nazarene University (Master of Organizational Leadership, and Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice).
