Diane Ozdamar

Diane Özdamar is a french photographer, illustrator and graphic designer born in april 1985 and currently living in Montréal, QC. She has been fascinated by colors and lights since childhood, which led her to develop a strong interest for illustration and photography. Her first drawing tutorials collection "Dessine les Vampires et autres créatures de la nuit" was published by Fleurus in 2009. In 2014, she illustrated the graphic novel "Abyssia", written by Tiphaine Zanutto and published by Editions du Chat Noir. She also illustrated the novels "Elvira Time 2 - Jail Time" and "Elvira Time 3 - Back in Time" written by Mathieu Guibé and published by Editions du Chat Noir. She has been photographing rats and other small mammals for years, which lead her "Fancy Rats" series to become viral during summer 2017. She then wrote "Fancy Rats - Portraits and Stories" published by Amherst Media in 2018, which is aimed towards gathering funds for animal rescue organizations and animal shelters.
