Diane Bell

Diane Bell is a screenwriter, director and mentor. Her first feature, OBSELIDIA, premiered in U.S. Dramatic Competition at Sundance, where it won two awards. It was later nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards, including one for best screenplay. Her second film, BLEEDING HEART, a feminist thriller starring Jessica Biel and Zosia Mamet premiered at the Tribeca Film Fest. In addition to her work as a director, Diane has written a number of optioned and commissioned screenplays, including two collaborations with John McTiernan (the director of Die Hard and The Hunt for Red October).
