Alpha heroes and strong heroines inhabit her stories set in the Pacific Northwest. From the Pacific Ocean to the Big Sky Country of Montana they fight for country, community, brothers and sisters-in-arms, and their happily-ever-afters. Dixie lives in beautiful Central Oregon and shares her country home on five acres with three dogs, two cats, four hens, and a rooster who make it look as though she isn't talking to herself...most of the time!
