DOM MEL writes books about Poetry, verse and rhythmic writing with imagery that creates emotional responses. She also wrote Narrative Nonfiction books and Essays that reflect the author's outlook or point. Her books have received starred reviews in Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, and Booklist. Dom Mel pens a weekly newsletter about self-help, mental health, relationships and marriage, to support people who benefit immensely from her soft counselling nature and to make the most of what positives they have in their lives. Before she started writing extensively, Dom obtained a graduate degree in Food Security and Health from the University of Huddersfield, a Masters in Public Health and a Masters in Mental Health nursing. After these, she proceeded to engage in Community networking, Public speeches and practical tips such as on gardening, exercises, and real-life well-being success. Dom has also written short stories on self-management including advice on how to trust yourself and celebrate achievements, as well as manage your time and balance your life effectively. She currently lives in Cheshire England with her family and her pet dog called Max.
