Don K. Preston (D. Div.)was born in 1949, and began speaking publicly at age 13. He, and the love of his life, his wife Janis, live in Oklahoma. Preston is a very popular seminar speaker. He has traveled extensively holding seminars on what is known as Covenant Eschatology (preterism), the view that all prophecy was fulfilled at the end of the Old Covenant age that arrived with the destruction of Jerusalem in AD70. Preston is an experienced debater, having engaged some of the leading evangelicals of the day, including Thomas Ice, Harold Hoehner, C. Marvin Pate, David Engelsma, and a host of others. Preston has written, to date, 21 books on fulfilled prophecy, (not to mention a host of CDs and DVDs). His books have been called "ground breaking" and "definitive" by friend and foe alike. One of the things Preston does best is to challenge the prevailing futurist views of the "end times" showing them to be totally misplaced. Preston is sometimes known as "The prophecy teacher that debunks prophecy teachers!" Preston is founder and president of Preterist Research Institute of Ardmore, Ok., and owns three websites that contain a wealth of Biblical studies: www.eschatology.org; www.bibleprophecy.com, and www.donkpreston.com. He is also co-host, with William Bell of Memphis, Tennessee, of a popular radio program "Two Guys and a Bible," that airs each Tuesday evening, 6 PM central time: www.fulfilledradio.com.
