Dr. James Ezhaya earned his doctoral degree from the University of Warwick Business School and an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. He holds professional certifications in project management, quality, and Six Sigma, and has 25 years of experience managing and coaching high-performance organizations at leading corporations across the globe. Dr. Ezhaya developed his expertise living and leading teams in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, the United Kingdom, France, and the Republic of China, Taiwan. Dr. Ezhaya is a lecturer and frequent speaker on the topics of problem-solving, statistical process control, and risk management. His passions include cooking, sci-fi, and being a dad. Dr. Ezhaya resides in South Florida.
