One of the things that intrigued me the most was the potential the fasting has to help the body unlock its self-healing mechanism. With the years of work in the field of nutrition under my belt, I have met many people who felt confused and lost about their diet. The idea of Intermittent Fasting intrigued my mind, and I decided to use a scientific approach to create a guidebook that will help you lose weight, purify the body, and feel well and energized.
