S. Hasnain Rizvi

Dr. Hasnain Rizvi is an industry thought leader who delivers customized value-driven workshops and training. He helps leaders, managers and their teams target what is needed to become even more effective. Hasnain is an expert in strategic and business leadership; he is considered a leader in the industry with extensive knowledge and expertise in strategic thinking, organizational development, and team building. Through tailor-made workshops and interventions, he has coached leaders, senior management and teams to engage in High Performance collaborative work. He has managed mission-critical complex programs and projects for Global 2000 and Fortune 500 clients. Hasnain has led the recovery of troubled projects and programs for key clients. His recent engagements have focused on enterprise wide Agile Transformation. Hasnain is an adjunct instructor and seminar presenter with several universities and organizations. Hasnain has trained and mentored over 25,000 professionals across the globe. He is a judge for ASQ®, IIBA® Exam Global Committee Reviewer, British Computer Society Fellowship Assessor, and judge at the annual International Business Excellence Awards in Dubai. In 2019, Hasnain completed his Doctorate in Project and Program Management from SKEMA Business School in France where his research focused on Agile methodologies.
