
Dr Steven A. Vasilev, MD, MBA, FACOG, FACS, FACN, ABIHM, ABOIM is a surgeon, author and integrative health thought leader focusing on women's health and oncology. He is the first and only quadruple board-certified physician in women's health (ObGyn), cancer (Gynecologic Oncology) and integrative holistic medicine (ABIHM and ABOIM) in the United States. As a current professor at Loma Linda School of Medicine and John Wayne Cancer Institute, he is a long-time educator and researcher. He has participated in or directed research and teaching programs at multiple institutions including USC, UC Irvine, UCLA, City of Hope and Kaiser Permanente. He was a former Regional Director of Gynecologic Oncology and Chief of ObGyn at Kaiser, Professor at UCLA and USC, Associate Professor at UC Irvine, and Director of Gynecologic Oncology at the City of Hope. In addition to multiple published research articles and a textbook he is in the process of releasing multiple books focused on integrative health and oncology. He is Founding Director of the Gynecologic Oncology Institute in Santa Monica, California which offers rational evidence-based integrative holistic natural strategies for optimizing cancer survivorship, as well as robotic surgery and 21st Century biological therapies. His main practice locations are: Providence St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, Cedars-Sinai Marina Del Rey, White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles.
