Dr. Timothy Zellmer

关于作者

Hey there. I'm Dr. Timothy Zellmer but feel free to call me Uncle Timmy or Tío Tim around these parts. Growing up exposed to my grandpa's Hereford bull breeding ranch in the Dakotas, I was immersed in the vibrant cowboy-Indian culture next to two Indian Reservations, the Lower Brule and Crow Creek. My path has led me from working as a cowboy dentist on those two Indian Reservations and many others to living with the Ngäbe tribe in Panama. I've evolved into a flexible entrepreneur and a committed humanitarian. I did it living in Boquete, Panama, where I've called home for 12 years. I am the former President of the Rotary Club of Boquete. I loved working on community projects. One example is my "3 Little Rooms" initiative, which built an Indigenous High School on the beautiful Caribbean Island of Bastimientos. Along with my community work, I've also entered hospitality. I built Hotel Central Boquete/Café Central, juggling roles from builder to barista. You may know me as some kind of Boquete Whisperer. For years, I have posted videos of life in Boquete. Now, I'm diving into book publishing and taking on the title of Author. Beyond my town, I'm dedicated to my life-saving nutrition research. I do it as a member of the Rotary EClub One. It's all about focusing on sustainable development and health. My journey revolves around service, entrepreneurship, and creativity—a tale in progress. My joy filled life now comes from cherishing moments in Boquete while striving to make a positive impact in our ever-evolving world.
