Dr. Will Kratt

Dr. Will Kratt is the Lead Pastor of Joy Community Church, a diverse and welcoming congregation in Douglasville, Georgia. With over 30 years in ministry and education, he is passionate about sharing his faith and building strong communities. He has served as Membership Director at Elizabeth Baptist Church and taught at Cal Poly Pomona, Troy, Loyola Marymount, and Luther Rice Universities. For 28 years, he has trained thousands through the Anti-Defamation League, addressing hate, bullying, and justice. As a National Trainer, he equips law enforcement on hate crimes, extremism, and community policing. Committed to leadership development, he mentors future leaders through colleges, churches, and the 2:2 Collective. Dr. Kratt holds degrees in Business, Counseling, Divinity, and a Ph.D. in Education. He and his wife, Doris, celebrate 25 years of marriage with their three sons and recently welcomed their first grandchild. A lifelong San Francisco Giants fan, he remains devoted to faith, family, and service.
