Dr. Winnie B. Heartstrong is a scholar of communication whose faith and interest in science and politics led her to a study of fertility. As a scholar of rhetoric, she is aware of the power of persuasion to drive public health agendas. She brings her keen eye for rhetoric to this book on holy fertility. With a Ph.D. in Communication from University of Maryland, she uses her knowledge to advance the discourse about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for the unborn.
