Dutch Jackson

I'm Dutch Jackson, hailing from the evergreen city of Seattle, WA. Life's been a bit of a rollercoaster for me—I'm a dad to three amazing kids and married to a woman who's nothing short of incredible. My journey through education was a tad short, stopping at the two-year mark in college. Being a single parent didn't exactly leave a lot of room for school, but hey, we make do, right? My first wife's passing left a huge mark on me and the kids. It's been tough, but it's also where I found some of the inspiration for my writing. When I'm not buried in my work or spending time with my family, you can find me hammering away in blacksmithing, getting my hands dirty with some metal work, or maybe even chasing the unknown with a bit of paranormal investigating. I love getting out into nature, camping is my go-to, and let's not forget my dogs—who doesn't love dogs? They say I'm a bit of a renaissance man, and I guess I can't argue with that. I've got a variety of interests that keep me busy and inspired. That's me—Dutch Jackson, author of The Chronicles of Dawn and a few other adventures in life.
