
Emir Maluf is a brazilian writer, born in the hills of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Bachelor in Law in 2006 by Federal University of Minas Gerais, expert in Procedural Law by the Catholic University of Minas Gerais, in 2011, expert in Philosophy by Gama Filho University, in 2013. Volunteer Law Professor in the Law at the Brazilian Bar Association School Program. Civil officer at Electoral Regional Court of Minas Gerais, his State. His areas of interest and academic research are: Philosophy of Laws; Democracy and Political Science; Constitutional right; Human Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees; Civil Rights; Education for citizenship and Human Rights; Culture; Anthropology; Science of Religion.
