Edie Bingham came to writing late, with notice of her first novel being accepted for publication coming 2 days before her 40th birthday. Her first novel, The Pride was unusual at the time and was the first book in a long line of Paranormal themed stories accepted at Virgin Black Lace. Edie reportedly wrote The Pride because someone who commented on a short story she'd wrote with a feline featured heroine said it was too "silly" for a real erotic novel. Her second novel Southern Spirits has another unusual heroine in IRS Tax Inspector Catalina Montoya. Whoever said accountants were boring will be shook out of it by this sexy Federal agent. Edie lives in Manchester UK.
