Edward D Smith

My name is Edward "Ed" D. Smith. While I have always enjoyed writing, I have finally committed to sharing my work with the public. With a strong Leadership, Transportation, and Recruiting background, my 1st debut book was Recruit and Retain: Driver Recruiting in the Transportation and Logistics Industry. I have just submitted my second book for publication as well, Driver Staffing: Your Guide to Understanding the Industry. I want to pass along the lessons and skills I have learned over the years, to assist the next generation coming up through the ranks. I am a retired Army veteran of 28 years, business owner, and transportation industry veteran. I also have an imagination as well and will be working on some of my fiction work as well. Due to recent changes, I have decided to once again go back into business for myself, with TranSpire LLC covering my transportation industry work, and Cancerian LLC that supports my creative side with other writers and artists. For me it's all about helping and educating others, my success will come from theirs.
