Elisa Brewer

Elisa Brewer (1986-Present) is a Midwest girl currently living in Texas. She attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY; graduating with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management. She has worked in many sectors of the Hospitality Industry including Event Supervision, Catering, Kitchen Operations, Service Operations, Bar & Restaurant Management, Food Photography & Styling and as a Private Chef. Chef EB has spent over 20 years studying how food breaks down and nourishes the body. Her education and industry experience has allowed her to dial in on how to improve concepts and execution of healthy cuisine without sacrificing flavor. Chef EB is on a mission to edu-tain (educate & entertain) people on how wellness and nutrition can be simple, flavorful, and affordable. She has started a YouTube Channel, Chef EB TV, dedicated to that very topic.
