Elise Haynes began her career at thirteen years old when she wrote a bodice-ripping yet somehow closed-door romance novel in a small spiral notebook that her mother is just now finding out about. (Hi, Mom!) Now she writes rom coms with relatable characters, intact bodices, closed doors, and always a happily ever after. She lives in Texas with her four kids who come and go, two dogs that aren’t going anywhere despite their tenacious digging, and a steady supply of Dirty Dr. Pepper.
