Elizabeth Carey

Elizabeth Carey is a writer and running coach. Her work has been published in the New York Times, Runner’s World, Outside, Trail Runner magazine, DyeStat and PodiumRunner. She has coached youth, high school, collegiate, recreational, and master’s athletes. She ran Division I cross country and indoor/outdoor track for Columbia University. She lives in Seattle, Washington.
