Elizabeth Lipski

Thank you for your interest in my work. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition. I'm the author of "Digestive Wellness" now available in the newly revised 5th edition, "Digestive Wellness for Children", and the first book ever about "Leaky Gut Syndrome." I'm a Professor and Director of Curriculum Development for the graduate nutrition programs at Maryland University of Integrative Health. I am a serious student, clinician, and teacher about nutrition and health, and also on faculty at the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the Metabolic Medicine Institute. I'm also the founder of Innovative Healing and the Innovative Healing Academy where I offer courses and mentoring. My goal is to give people tools to empower their best health on all levels.
