His passion for sustainability dates back to high school, where he played a vital role in testing electric vehicles and charging systems under contracts with the United States Department of Energy. One of his most unforgettable experiences was driving “the pits” at a Formula One event with an electric race car, marking him as one of the few who have witnessed the future of racing from behind the wheel. At nearly sixteen, Elliott Hobbs survived a near-death experience that left him amnesiac for a year. This profound encounter with mortality opened his mind to spiritual insights from “the other side,” which continue to resonate throughout his work, infusing it with a sense of wonder, mystery, and a transcendent twist on hidden truths of commonplace moments. Elliott’s deep commitment to gymnastics and aerial performance has taken him across the globe several times, where he has immersed himself in diverse cultures and discovered firsthand the pressing need for equity and open global understanding. His experiences living and performing in Cirque shows with over 40 different nationalities with diverse cultural backgrounds have strengthened his belief in equality and a future powered by clean, renewable energy. As a VR producer, Elliott creates immersive experiences that challenge perceptions and transport audiences to new worlds, all while maintaining a narrative that highlights his passion for a sustainable future.
