Emily Goodman

Emily Goodman was born in Schenectady, New York, and divided her childhood between the northeast and Wisconsin. She is a freelance writer and editor and a trained horticulturist; her writing interests are creative nonfiction on nature topics and young adult fantasy. Emily's strangest job was as a gardener at the zoo, where she helped plant trees for the baboons (who ate them). She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her partner, Daniel, and a cat named Bellatrix.
