Emily Moore is a cooking enthusiast born in 1968 in Maine. Growing up with a brother with kidney disease, she quickly became passionate about cooking as a key aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Her studies and experiences enabled her to open her own restaurant, which features healthy cooking that can differentiate according to the needs of different diets. The extraordinary results and appreciation she received gave her the impetus to spread her ideas to help as many people as possible enjoy tasty and healthy dishes, despite the limitations imposed by any health problems. For her first book, she was clearly inspired by her brother's problems and her own firsthand experiences, writing a cookbook suitable for those with kidney problems, to help them enjoy the pleasures of cooking while simultaneously taking care of their kidneys. Emily hopes to help more and more people with her healthy recipes and plans to write more books dedicated to other types of health problems.
